“SQL Server with C#”

  1. As of August 12’th 2019, the following has been fixed by an update of print-on-demand paperback as well as e-book. The update also improved typesetting.
    Several occurrences of “Primary Key” has mistakenly been replaced by “Private Key”. Thanks to reader “Paul” for noting this terrible typo.
    To recap: In databases we have Primary and Foreign Keys. In Security we have Private and Public Keys.
